Ordering Information

Many items may ship within two weeks; larger items may take 4 to 6 weeks. Customers must be available to receive oversized shipments. Someone over the age of 21 must be available to since for delivery of any wine or alcohol products. Once the item has shipped, you will be contacted by the carrier to set a delivery appointment. For white glove deliveries, please inspect the item carefully prior to signing for the delivery. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please refuse the delivery and contact SkyMall at 1-877-474-6673. Once you sign for the delivery, you become liable for any damage on the item. Check the site for shipping details on each product or contact Total Rewards Customer Service at 1-877-474-6673 and an agent will be happy to assist you. Products are subject to availability and not all products are available for delivery to every state or Canada. To place an order for Canadian delivery, please visit a Total Rewards Center. Also note there may be an additional charge for shipping... Deliveries to HI, AK, PR and Canada could take up to 8 weeks. Merchandise cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. All products provided under the Harrah's program are under full Manufacturer's Warranty.

Note at times certain items may be discontinued or unavailable. Total Rewards reserves the right to substitute a similar model that is equal or greater in value.

Returns Information

Our priority is your satisfaction. We understand at times items are received damaged or defective. If a product is received and determined to be defective, it will be the customer's responsibility to follow the Manufacturer's Warranty information provided with each product. Total Rewards Customer Service is happy to assist. Products received damaged need to be reported to customer service within 72 hours and the damage noted on the delivery copies.

We can accommodate a return for most damaged item(s) with original packaging within 90 days. Exclusions apply. For in-home delivery items, please thoroughly inspect items during delivery appointment before acceptance, as these items may not be returned after acceptance. Most manufacturer warranties are null and void when shipped outside the continental U.S. or require any claims to be made in the U.S.

What warranty comes with my items that I order?
All Total Reward merchandise is backed by the manufacturer warranties. Each item usually includes a copy of the warranty with the packaging. If you need a copy of your warranty, please contact our Customer Service via one of the three methods above. Please be prepared to supply your order confirmation and Total Rewards number along with the item detail. Most manufacturer warranties are null and void when shipped outside the continental U.S. or require any claims to be made in the U.S.

How are orders shipped?
For the majority of items, they ship common ground service via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Oversize items ship via motor freight.

How do I place an order?
Orders must be placed in person at a Total Rewards Center. Please stop by one of our Total Rewards Center and a representative can assist you in placing your order.

How do I return an item?
